Could be many things: Unfortunately many things could be causing your reported symptoms. Be aware you could have some sort of smoldering infection like "mono", though the timing is quite classic. It could also be from something as simple as prolonged increased stress. In the end, you'll get a more useful response if you sit down and talk with your primary care provider to better hash out things.
