I went to doctor yesterday with a big spider bite on my stomach. using macropen 500mg antibiotics but the wound is getting bigger and more swollen today. i have been feeling very dizzy and throwing up today. should i go back to doctor for injection?

Spider bite: I don't know what type of spider bit you, so I can't comment on specifically about that. You may be developing a systemic reaction from the spider bite so I would get promptly in touch with the doctor. If you can't promptly reach your provider - I would recommend going to an Emergency Room.
