You may have them: If you do a lot of exercises to strengthen your core, you may have a 6-pack and not know it because of the overlying fat. Try a healthy diet (take in fewer calories than you burn) and do core-strenghtening exercises. As you lose the fat, the muscles underneath will become more visible.

Crunches and cardio.: Truth be told, I think you're a bit too young for an intense workout regimen. But to build the abs, you can do crunches and knee lifts, maybe twice or thrice weekly, not every day. More importantly, you should do cardiovascular exercise to burn any fat that may be covering the abs. At this age, the important lesson with exercise is to learn proper form and not be sloppy with exercise technique
