Hard to say: I see you have listed Mono and severe nosebleeds as some of your conditions. Both can lead to fatigue. Mono can result in fatigue that lasts up to 6 months. Nosebleeds, if severe, can cause anemia (low red blood cells) which can make you tired. I'd check in with your PCP.

You may have them: If you do a lot of exercises to strengthen your core, you may have a 6-pack and not know it because of the overlying fat. Try a healthy diet (take in fewer calories than you burn) and do core-strenghtening exercises. As you lose the fat, the muscles underneath will become more visible.

No: Not strep. Blisters are often a symptom of a viral infection. If they are present on the palms and soles as well, then this could be Hand, Foot and Mouth disease (sounds bad, but isn't). If the sores are painful, try giving popsicles and tylenol (acetaminophen). The main concern is keeping the child hydrated if she doesn't want to eat or drink.
