Arachnoid cysts: These are congenital abnormalities often discovered incidentally and nothing need be done unless creating symptoms in which case discuss with a neurosurgeon. Sinusitis can be easily managed if it is acute, but radiologic changes can occur due to old inactive disease. She needs to see her doctor and discuss these things. Why was this imaging study done to begin with?
