Don't be scared: An arachnoid cyst is something that you were born with and it's location is very far removed and completely unrelated to your nosebleeds.

SEE ENT OR PCP: I do not think that arachnoid cyst will be the first diagnosis `for somebody having a nose bleed see either your pcp or your ENT for evaluation.
