Need more info: Not enough information to answer your question. Many people have enlarged lymph nodes in the neck or groin, usually less than 1 cm, that are not malignant, but should be examined carefully, measured a few times, and biopsied if worrisome or enlarging. If your lymph nodes are very numerous or elsewhere, talk to doctor. Other blood tests could help find cause.
