UTI test kits: These generally test for the presence of nitrites and/or leukocytes in urine. These may or may not be indicative of UTI when positive. They are reasonably accurate when positive, but their use should be combined with symptoms, and this discussed with the doctor with whom you seek help for antibiotics.
