Need a thorough exam: There are many causes of peripheral neuropathies. You need to see your primary care physician for a detailed exam, which will include lab studies to delineate the cause

Nerve pain: Since you have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, did they pinpoint its origin? You list a pain killer and an antidepressant. Are you taking them simultaneously? They should be taken separately. The fall enhanced and excited your pain receptors and your feet are now more painful. Try to soak the feet in cold water and see if this helps. You may want to alternate to warm water too.
