Typhoid: You need to be seen by a doctor and diagnosed appropriately. These titres are seldom diagnostic in the absence of a full clinical assessment and antibiotics should not be used without thoughtful consideration. If you have typhoid fever you need to be treated ASAP, and if not, perhaps not treated at all. Good luck.
