I have four days of fever 38.7 i take paracetamol and antibiotics, cough but few strains me to vomit whatever it is?

See a doctor : If you were prescribed the antibiotics by a physician, you may have to call him for strong cough medication especially if your fever has resolved . Sometimes it may take longer than 4 days for upper respiratory infection symptoms to resolve. Keep well hydrated.
