No: Not harmful though not much fun. Our instincts suggest your immune system may react more vigorously and give you a more tender arm but recent studies suggest that is not the case. Thus, while not needed, the upshot is getting two doses of tdap is not harmful not even more painful the second time around--just unnecessary.
