No: Weightlifting will not affect your ultimate adult height, as long as you do not take illegal anabolic steroids. Exercise to gain, strength, endurance, and flexibility if you want maximal fitness. Not just big pecs and biceps. Eat well, small, healthy, protein snacks can help (nuts, dairy). Avoid processed foods, and balance your exercise routine.

Exercise: Lifting weights with proper form and appropriate weight will not stunt your growth. You should do more than lifting weights though to put on lean muscle mass. Cardiovascular exercise will help burn away the fat and tone the muscle you have. Remember that what you eat is at least as important as what you do. Stick with lean proteins and avoid simple carbohydrates to see your best results.
