As below: h pylori blood tests can only tell us if you had any prior infections by this stomach bacterial helicobacter pylori which can cause GERD/acid reflux disease, PUD or GI cancers However this blood test has limited value as H pylor blood test if positive h pylori antibody[IgG] only means past infection Thus this test is limited. if stool test positive for h pylori antigen that shows active infectio
