Gerd is better, get sympthoms sometimes, doctor told me to take clarithromycin, h pylori blood test was negative, don't feel any pain, should i take it?

Ask why: I would ask you doctor what the Clarithromycin is treating. While it is ok to sometimes treat without a specific diagnosis (empiric therapy), that is usually something reserved for patients with more severe illness. Your doctor should be able to explain it to you, then you can make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed.
