Follow instructions.: I am not sure what you mean. Did you just have the surgery? You should have been given instructions afterwards about taking care of yourself properly. Talk to your surgeon about any concerns you may have going forward, including activity limitations, pain or numbness you may still have, and fitness program to maximize your functioning.
