I have cervical myelomalacia i wonder if there is neck exercises that can help this is very painful. my doctor will not do surgery?

Cord changes: Myelomalacia refers to changes that have already occurred in the spinal cord. Neck exercise will not change that but it is a good idea to maintain good strength and tone of your neck and arm musculature especially if if there is associated weakness.
