Don't judge : yourself harshly. Feeling numb is one manner of grieving. If you feel emotionally stuck when it comes to these loses then consider seeing a therapist. Take care.

Perfectly fine: There’s a wide range of experiences when it comes to loss, and everyone responds and reacts differently. Provided the loss does not impair you for an extended period of time, you’re doing fine.
