Emotion stress : One can physically work hard, rest then recover. Emotional stress is not that easy. It does not allow us to rest, wakes us up at night, and makes the mind run. Inevitably the mind and body get drained, fatigued, and that makes one's mood worse. Seeking a therapist like a psychologist is helpful to get the mind out of the cycle and to develop a perspective of recovery.
