Depression: Depression and anxiety can present many ways and a common presentation is anger , sleep disturbance , sadness, hopelessness and these feelings can lead to physical complaints as well. You need to see your doctor and talk about depression and or anxiety. :)

You have Depression: Yes you are sad and stressed. Some times depression gives you perception that others are mad at you. I am sure they are concerned about you. How do you relieve your stress? Do you exercise regularly? Do you laugh? Do you have a hobby? Please talk to your daily how you feel about your perception. Meditation and Yoga class would be helpful, You may need Anti Depressant also.
