Do you think i'll need dental exam for getting implants?

Yes: When the dentist decides he is going to do the implants, doesn't he have to look at your mouth to figure out where and how to do it? Isn't tbhat a dental exam?

Definitely, yes: During the initial consultation, your dentist can perform a complete evaluation of your mouth and begin to develop a treatment plan designed to accommodate your unique circumstances and needs. Remember, if properly planed, placed and cared for, dental implants can last a lifetime! good luck. .

And radiographs, too: You'll certainly need an examination before any dentist performs any procedure.
