What to do if i had an ecg done today what do these results mean does it indicate a first degree av block?

Ecg: you don't really give a clear picture of the ecg. First degree AV block means mild slowing of impulse conduction between atria and ventricles and in and of itself is no big deal. If the rest of the ecg is normal, nothing but monitoring into the future would be indicated.
