A member asked:

Why did i have a reading of av block and rbbb in one ecg reading but not in the ecg reading i got done 4 hours prior, if i really had av block or rbbb wouldnt it show each time i get an ecg?

You don't mention what degree of AV block was described. Was your heart rate the same on both resting EKGs? Both AV block & RBBB can be rate related, usually seen when the heart rate increases but bradycardia can also be a cause of transient blocks. It may be advisable to have a cardiologist look at those 2 tracings& advise you. (My guess is that 1st degree AV block& incomplete RBBB were transient
