Unremarkable: Incomplete right bundle branch can be a normal variant in 15% of the adult population. It does not carry any significance. Left bundle branch does. Further it refers to the conduction system of the heart, or electrical wiring of it so to speak, and it means your right ventricle gets a signal to pump few milliseconds after the left side. No worries.
