Complicated: AV block is a delay in the electrical conduction between the upper & lower chambers of the heart; sinus tach mean a (resting?) fast heart rate. Biatrial enlargement means that both upper chambers are larger than normal. Right axis means that the right side has more electrical activity than expected (normally. the left side is stronger). Doctors should explain why this is; at your age it's unusual.

EKG change: 1st deg Heart block-mild form of electrical conduction delay from atrial to the ventricles Sinus tachycardia-fast heart rate (>100/min) in normal (sinus) rhythm Biatrial enlargement- Bigger than expected, of upper two chambers, each one called atrium) Rightward axis- the net electrical force of the heart directed toward right, normally its to the left. I would sit with cardiologist to discuss.

Very complicated: Right axis has a number of causes. And some of them are serious. For someone on premarin (conjugated estrogens) over age 30 with sinus tachycardia and an ekg showing right axis deviation the most worrisome cause is a pulmonary embolism and an immediate er visit would be paramount. Symptoms would include shortness of breath. Chest pain. Leg pain or swelling and feelings of anxiety.
