Vitamins: You can try dressing your salad with fruits and vegetables that tickle your taste buds a bit better. If not try eating other greens and vegetables such as brocolli, spinach, squash, carrots, green beens, peas etc. If all fails you can get over the counter multi-vitamin tablets.
