Best: If you are 45 years old and the fibroid is not causing problems with bleeding/pressure, the best treatment is probably to do nothing. If its causing symptoms consider hysterectomy, UFE, or possibly myomectomy. If you are not 45 years old - you should always give your correct age - it would depend on whether you have wishes for pregnancy in the future.
