Yes, it must be hard: For many people this might be a difficult and frightening situation. I hope you have some social or family resources to lean (a bit) on for support. To call, visit, even social network with caring people might really help you through this time. Seek some supportive psychotherapy if you can, perhaps even short term anti-anxiety medication w/ therapy will get you through it. Make contact w/ someone.

Try to relax!: Some events are associated with anxiety. Anxiety is not always damaging. It is only when anxiety get out of hand that you should seek treatment. Daughter moving away would provoke anxiety in most loving parents. Try to control your negative feelings. Talk to your daughter about your feelings.
