New activities: If you are anxious because your daughter has moved, keep yourself busy. Go out and see friends. Join a group with a common interest (there are many groups- knitting, cooking, yoga, book clubs, etc) and meet some new people. Volunteer- read to children or the elderly, bring meals, etc. Talk with your doctor about whether medication is recommended. Set yourself a limit on calls and texts.
