Could be.: Even though this symptoms can be related to panic attacks, it is important to have a physical examination with blood tests. There are physical conditions which should be ruled out. Chronic anxiety with or without panic attacks deserves to be treated. Psychotherapy with or without medication can be very helpful. There are also various relaxation techniques which can be used with psychotherapy.
