See your doctor: Although there are some herbs which have commonly been used to help create calm and peacefulness, there are no good studies showing that these will be helpful in a panic attack. See your daughter's doctor and talk about medical treatment for these types of anxiety. A good therapist is also important to help her deal with stress, to prevent the panic attacks when possible.

Anxiety attacks: For best results, your daughter really needs a complete evaluation with an adolescent psychiatrist and/or psychologist. Some herbs and nutrients may help anxiety, but none will reliably stop full panic attacks. Nutrients like magnesium (in glycinate or aspartate forms) are calming, and magnesium deficiency is common. Herbs such as theanine (from green tea), kava, passion flower, lemon balm, etc.

Not a good idea: I would suggest to seek a professional help from psychologist or psychiatrist.
