Lots of things: So it may just be bad luck. Or it may be something more serious. 18 months of infertility at age 23 is a bit unusual. I assume the tubes are open. You want to be very sure first of all that your FSH and AMH are normal and interpreted properly by a fertility specialist. And significant endometriosis may also be a problem
