Unlikely: If you do not have incompetent cervix , miscarriage due to blighted ovum is natural phenomenon , as it has no embryo in it..If you have incompetent cervix congenital or acquired cause like surgery for cervix you will need one of the uterine banding procedure speak to your gyn doctor.
