Many reasons: Most important thing to look at is your ovarian reserve. Over time eggs become less effective and two things happen. It becomes harder to conceive and when pregnancy occurs they are more likely to miscarry. Blighted ovums are chromosomal problems and miscarriage is the body's way of getting rid of chromosomal abnormalities. Its doing the right thing.
