Does any sound heard within our body called tinnitus? what's a safe tinnitus level? if ignored (like all suggestion) and noise control, will it be ok?

Tinnitus: Tinnitus is a sound you "hear" but it is coming from inside your ear/head. Can be low or high pitch. Often present after rock concert or firearms. Best to have hearing checked and the tone of the tinnitus matched. Then you can use the same tone to mask that sound. The Ear Ringing Relief app has directions for masking and nerve enhancement and tinnitus Rx. see www.drgrossantinnitus.com

No: Tinnitus commonly refers to noises heard within the head or more specifically the ears. However, in the strictest sense of the word it is the SENSATION of NOISE one feels caused by a bodily condition which only the person can hear. There are many noises within the body which are not tinnitus. For example, stomach growls or cracking knuckles....clearly are noises in the body which WE hear.
