Several ideas: Are there meds you are taking in the morning that may cause tinnitus, may have patulous eustachian tube which is usually best in morning and worse later in day, may be too much sound during the day, is there less environmental sound later and more earlier, salt and caffeine intake throughout day. See ENT for evaluation.
