Mild symptoms of sudden tinnitus of ear occurring like a hissing sound for few seconds, not ringing sound. if it is indeed tinnitus , what is the best cure?

There’s no cure for tinnitus. Stopping chronic aspirin use can be the only reversible tinnitus I know off. Hearing aids can help. See an otolaryngologist and get an audio dram ASAP
