When i open my mouth to all i dont't have pain, i just hear sound in my left ear, it's something like cracking, and i have tinnitus, what i have 2 do?

Rec ENT eval: The sound is likely being transmitted either from your TMJ joint or your eustachian tube on that side. A good evaluation by an ENT should clarify that. Both can be addressed fairly easily, and often the sound becomes less bothersome once you understand the cause. Ent evaluation is always appropriate for tinnitus, especially when it is unilateral.
