Is somnapure safe for a 72 year old male? he does take blood pressure medication (controlled) and i believe he has had previous prostate issues.

Mild sedation: supposed to help with insomnia. data on it's effectiveness is lacking. side effects of drowsiness etc. no specific adverse effects on prostate. ck with your pcp about it's use with meds you are taking.
