Blood pressure: Yes this BPH medicine is often given when one is already on blood pressure medicine. It all may depend on what your current blood pressure is. If you blood pressure is low to begin with say 90/70 or lower, then this may be a problem. However if your BP is say 120/80 then there is some cushion to take both. I suggest you monitor home readings and monitor signs of low bp.
