Unlikely,but possibl: Neck nodes in your age group are unlikely to be cancer; however, the most important determination is for how long has the node been swollen like this? Do you have tooth ache, sore throat or other symptoms? Sinusitis does not cause lymphadenopathy in the region you indicated, but having tonsillitis or pharyngitis could be.
