My mcv is 98 in my blood work do i need to be concerned?

No: Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthies fall outside on either end. If you otherwise feel well, and there's nothing else unusual about your labs, don't worry about this.

Not from this,,: Your MCV is within the normal range (80-100 fL). Having said this, it's a good idea to keep track of your overall blood work and maintain regular visits with your doctor, especially since you've got bleeding and bruising. They could be from the Aspirin or Advil (ibuprofen) but it's good to be sure. It's also good to keep folate and B12 levels up to keep the MCV normal. Best of luck.
