Never pregnant: Sounds like what is known as a mole. This is not a miscarriage, but rather was never a viable fetus. It simulates pregnancy, but there is no baby present, only the other gestational contents that will pass but sometimes require dilation and curettage. Sometimes this is the result of an unfertilized egg abberrantly dividing.
