I'm positive that i ovulated at least 6.5 weeks ago..today on vaginal ultrasound there s nothing but gestational sac with age of 5 w.blighted ovum ?

Concerning: If you are truly 6 weeks 5 days, one would expect to see a heartbeat. However, sometimes pregnancies implant later than expected so it is worthwhile check in one more time just to be sure even though the odds are not good.
