New therapist stress: finding a new therapist can be really daunting. Especially if you've made progress with your current therapist. Some things that may help pts in such situations include: having their current therapist communicate with their new and remain avail to continue to discuss the case. Have the current recommend some new therapists suited to you. Get a referral from ur doc. Try a couple & stay with it :)
