Hoarseness: Hello. The best advice is to drink plenty of water and voice rest. Your 3 kids will need to realize that you need voice rest and hopefully they will cooperate. Finally, if you have reflux, begin a low acid diet and an antacid/H2 blocker/PPI may be helpful.
