8 months ago my vitamin d level was 11.2 now the report says it is 81.3. i took 8 tablets of 60000 iu for 5 weeks.is the report correct?

Probably: If I understand your question, over a 5 week period (35 days) you took 8 tabs of 60,000 iu, a total of 480,000 iu for an average of 13,714 iu/day. This would be expected to increase your levels quite a bit- see http://bit.ly/1gNXNk0 Ideal levels are 50-80 but toxicity symptoms are rare below 150. Taking 5-8000 iu/day will maintain a good level. Do NOT take D2,only D3. Ideally take with Vit K too.
