Very unlikely: D3 itself should never cause cramping; the only other ingredients are safflower oil, gelatin and glycerin; you might be reacting to one of those but it would be unusual. But both your lpr and and cramping are likely related to imbalances of your flora. You can try stopping D a few days and restarting to see if it makes a difference. See https://tinyurl.com/p88fxjm
