OHSS needs treatment: While most mild to moderate cases of Ovarian Hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) are managed conservatively, it looks like you may need some intervention in the form of aspiration of excess fluid. Pl discuss with your OB/GYN and look at the attached reference.
