: I have never heard of a natural cycle with an HCG trigger leading to OHSS. I don't think it's possible. OHSS is by definition a side effect of ovarian stimulation which comes with certain medications like Follistim or Menopur (not HCG).

Very unlikely. I have never seen a report of this. We see OHSS after medical stimulation of the ovaries
